Submission Guidelines

Original research papers are invited in the areas listed, but not limited to, in the Call for Papers.
The length of the manuscript should not exceed 10 double column pages including all graphs and references, but the papers should not be shorter than 3 full pages. Manuscripts should be prepared according to IEEE standard template.

All submitted papers will be subject to a thorough peer-review process and sent to at least 3 independent reviewers. The review outcome will determine the acceptance or rejection of the paper. Submitted papers will be also tested for a potential plagiarism/self-plagiarism, so it is in the interest of the authors to become familiar with IEEE guidelines in that regard. Each final manuscript should be prepared as a two column pdf file without the page numbers. Please use the standard IEEE 2 column paper format that can be found at:

Please convert your manuscript to PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress

before submitting it using EDAS to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore.
As the conference ID use "44627X".
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
• 44627X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. You have to electronically submit the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form for your papers. This service will be provided through EDAS and you will be required to do that while submitting your camera ready papers.
